【国際教育】フィリピン短期留学に５名の生徒が旅立ちました
フィリピンへの海外交換プログラム初日を迎えました！
一学期には姉妹校であるミリアム・カレッジ・ハイスクールの生徒5名が来校しました。ミリアム・カレッジには2つのキャンパスがあり、今回はヌバリ校の生徒が来校しました。これに対し、本日エトワールの生徒5名がヌバリ校を訪問し、ほぼ全員が初めてのフィリピン体験となりました。
早朝に羽田空港に集合し、空港でブランチを楽しんだ後、フィリピンへ向けて出発しました。機内では再び昼食が提供され、穏やかなフライトとなりました。フィリピン到着後、すぐに遅めの昼食、続いて軽食、そして夕食へと直行。生徒たちは最初から現地料理を味わうことができ、有名なジョリビーや私が強くおすすめするポテトコーナーも体験しました。
夕食後、ホテルにチェックイン。生徒たちはプールとジムでゆったりと過ごし、これから始まる8日間の冒険と美食の旅に備えました。
Today was the first day of the Outbound Philippine Exchange Program!
In the first term, five students from our sister school, Miriam College High School, visited. There are two campuses for Miriam College and this year it was the Nuvali campus students that came. In exchange, five of our Etoile students went to Nuvali today and for almost all of them it was their first time in the Philippines.
After gathering in Haneda airport very early in the morning and the students enjoying some brunch at the airport, we made our way to the Philippines. It was a peaceful flight where they were once again served lunch. On arrival in the Philippines, we were taken immediately to have a second late lunch and then snack and then straight to dinner. The students were able to try local dishes from the get-go, including the famous Jollibee and my highly recommended Potato Corner.
After dinner, we checked into the hotel where the students were able to enjoy a nice leisurely time at both the pool and the gym to prepare for the next eight days of adventure and eating.
