【国際交流】ブータン交換留学④/⑤
④9月10日
今朝、生徒たちは早起きして、盆踊りの披露に向けて浴衣に着替えました。少し緊張していましたが、全校生徒の前で踊ることにワクワクしていました！本番はすべて順調に進み、ブータンの生徒たちにも参加してもらうことで、日本の文化を体験型という形で披露することができました。
その後は通常通りのスケジュールで過ごし、予定通りホテルに戻って夕食前にひと休みしました。

September 10th
This morning our students woke up early and changed into their yukata for the Bon Odori performance. They were a little nervous, but excited to perform in front of the entire school! Everything went smoothly and our students were able to showcase Japanese culture in an interactive way by having the Bhutanese students join in.
The rest of the day proceeded as normal and we returned to the hotel on time and relaxed before dinner.
9月11日
今日はいつもより気温が高かったため、生徒たちは明日のハイキングに備えて体力を温存しつつ、こまめに水分を摂るよう心がけました。また、今日は上級生が下級生に英語の本を読み聞かせるという特別なイベントもあり、私たちの生徒も参加して、年下の子供たちと一緒に読書を楽しみました。

September 11
Today was hotter than usual so the students made sure to drink a lot of water to conserve energy for tomorrow’s hike. There was another special event today where older students read English books to the younger students. Our students participated in this event and enjoyed spending time reading with younger children.
